The number of casualties in the morning rocket attack on Kyiv has increased to nine, including four hospitalised. One death has also been reported. This was stated by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko on his Telegram channel.

Missile fragments were found in four districts of the capital:
- Goloseevsky district: a fire broke out on the roofs of buildings, damaging the heating main, leaving 630 residential buildings, 16 medical institutions, 17 schools and 13 kindergartens without heat supply.
- Solomianskyi district: several cars were damaged by the shrapnel.
- Shevchenkivskyi district: minor damage to buildings was recorded.
- Dniprovsky district: the consequences of the strike are being clarified.
Rescue services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack, and repair crews are restoring heat supply. The city authorities are urging residents to stay in shelters and not to ignore air raid warnings.
