At 08:00 on September 22, Kyiv is noted for its high air quality index, although radiation levels remain normal. The primary cause of the temporary deterioration in air quality is attributed to fires in the Kyiv region’s ecosystems.

Pollution Levels on the Right Bank

  • European Union Avenue, 64-H: overall air quality index — 71 (average level).
  • Shchuseva Street, 20: overall index — 63 (average level).
  • Turivska Street, 28: overall index — 76 (high level).
  • Beresteyskyi Avenue, 97: overall index — 64 (average level).
  • Kytaivska Street, 22: overall index — 76 (high level).

Pollution Levels on the Left Bank

  • Kharkiv Highway, 7/1: overall index — 100 (very high level).
  • Architect Verbitsky Street, 26: overall index — 97 (high level).

To improve air quality, it is recommended to:
