The Kyiv City Council and its deputies express their deep sorrow and condolences over the tragic death of Serhiy Mamoyan, a deputy of the IX convocation, who passed away on 3 November. Kyiv City Council Secretary Volodymyr Bondarenko, together with his colleagues and staff, expressed sincere words of support to the family and friends of the deceased.
