The director of Asaf HaRofeh Hospital, Dr Osnat Lev-Tzion Korach, said that the five Thai citizens who were released from Hamas captivity are in stable condition. According to her, they can move independently, and their general physical condition is assessed as satisfactory, Time Ukraine Israel portal reports, citing Vesty.

Currently, the released prisoners are undergoing a comprehensive medical examination, as well as an assessment of their emotional state. The doctors note that some of the prisoners had no access to sunlight for a long time, and the ordeal had a significant impact on their psychological state.

The medical staff is making every effort to provide the necessary assistance and support to the survivors. The doctors emphasise that the process of physical and emotional rehabilitation takes time, but the main thing is that they are now free and receive all the help they need.
