The IDF press service reports on a large-scale anti-terrorist operation during which high-ranking Hamas officials were killed. The deputy commander of the “Shejai” battalion, Iman Shuedh, who played a key role in the October 7 massacre and organized numerous attacks on IDF forces, was eliminated. The operation also killed the company commander of the “Shejai” regiment, Abad Abu Khin, a veteran of the terrorist movement who participated in fierce battles.
Over 150 terrorists were eliminated as part of the operations of the IDF’s 98th Division in Shejai, which dealt a significant blow to the Hamas infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Arab media reported that an Israeli drone attacked a motorcyclist on the Rashaya Al-Fakhhar – Al-Khan Market road, a member of Hezbollah, who was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
Al-Jazeera’s correspondent also reported on airstrikes by the Israeli Air Force on the villages of Tayr-Harfa and Kafr-Kila in southern Lebanon. The IDF later confirmed that its fighter jets attacked terrorist infrastructure, an observation post and Hezbollah military facilities in the areas of Ramya, Al-Jibein, Tayr Harfa and Kafr Qila.
Forces of the 210th Division found a Hezbollah terrorist in the area of Rashaya al-Fuhar, from where rockets were launched towards the Golan last week. The terrorist was successfully attacked using a UAV.
The operation demonstrates the determination of the IDF and its allies in the fight against terrorism, confirming their readiness to target key figures in terrorist organizations while continuing to protect the citizens of Israel from threats.
