A large-scale fire occurred on the territory of the Alabuga economic zone in Russia, destroying a warehouse with parts for Shahed-136 attack drones. This was reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine on Facebook.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the warehouse contained 65 Shahed-136 fuselages, as well as engines, navigation systems and thermal imaging cameras to produce 400 units of this type of drone. The entire arsenal was completely destroyed by fire.

The damage caused by the fire is estimated at USD 16 million.

“The mysterious destructive fire was another blow to the military-industrial complex of terrorist Russia,” the DIU stressed.

The Shahed-136 drones supplied to Russia from Iran are actively used in attacks on the territory of Ukraine. The destruction of the warehouse with components for these drones is a serious loss for the Russian military-industrial complex.
