Ukrainian positions continue to come under intense fire from the Russian occupiers. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy carried out 227 attacks along the entire frontline yesterday, with the greatest activity recorded in the Pokrovske and Kurakhove sectors.
Areas of combat operations
- Kharkiv sector: 13 combat engagements in the areas of Vovchansk and Tykhyi.
- Kupyansk sector: 12 attacks near Hlushkivka, Synkivka, Zahryzove, Novoplatonivka, Kindrashivka, Pishchany and Zelenyi Hai.
- Liman sector: 17 attacks in the areas of Druzhelyubivka, Tverdokhlibove, Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Cherneshchyna, Kopanky, Yampolivka and Terny.
- In the northernsector: one hostile attack near Bilohorivka.
- Kramatorsk sector: three attacks in the areas of Stupochky and Chasovyi Yar.
- Toretsk direction: two attempts to storm the area of Toretsk.
- Vremivsk direction: 26 assaults near Velyka Novosilka, Novodarivka, Trudove, Sukhi Yaliv, Rozdolne, Kostiantynopilske and Rivne.
- Huliaypillia and Orikhivske directions: no assault actions were recorded.
- Prydniprovskyi direction: five attempts to dislodge the Ukrainian Armed Forces, all of which failed.
Operation in the Kursk region and shelling
Russian troops continue shelling, launching 197 artillery strikes at Ukrainian positions, including 13 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems.
Ukrainian forces are holding the line, demonstrating resilience in the fight against the enemy in all areas of the frontline.
