Russia strikes at Prykarpattia: part of the region is left without electricity

Russia’s morning attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure also affected the Carpathian region. According to Svitlana Onyshchuk, head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, part of the region was left without electricity.
