On the night of 27 October, it became known that the Russian occupiers had captured the village of Levadne in Donetsk region, as well as the enemy’s advance near other settlements. This was reported by the DeepState project.
According to the project, the aggressor took up strategically important positions in Levadne and launched offensive actions near several villages in the region. Other settlements where Russian forces are active include Shakhtarske, Novoukrainka, Bohoyavlenka, Novodarivka, Stelmakhivka, Hirnyk, and Oleksandropil.
The situation in the Donetsk region remains tense as Russian troops increase pressure on the frontline in an attempt to gain a foothold in new territories. This raises concerns about a possible escalation of hostilities in the region.
The Ukrainian side has not yet commented on the situation, but experts point to the need to strengthen defence measures and attract additional resources to counter the aggression.
