A Russian drone struck an apartment building in Kharkiv’s Saltiv district, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said. Four people were injured, Terekhov wrote on Telegram on 13 November.
According to the mayor, no fire broke out as a result of the attack, but the number of injured increased during the first hour after the incident: first, two victims were reported, later the number increased to four.
This was the second attack by a hostile UAV in Kharkiv in a day. Earlier, a drone attack was reported near a shopping centre in the same area, which resulted in no casualties.
Attacks on Kharkiv’s civilian infrastructure continue, and the city authorities are urging residents to take precautions during air raids.
