There were 99 combat engagements between Ukrainian troops and Russian troops in the frontline yesterday. The fiercest fighting took place in the Pokrovsk sector, where the Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled 33 enemy attacks. This was reported by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on 10 February.
Ukrainian aviation, missile forces and artillery struck key enemy military targets. One Buk anti-aircraft missile system, seven areas of concentration of personnel and equipment, five artillery systems and an occupier’s control centre were destroyed.
Large-scale enemy attacks
Russian troops carried out two missile strikes and 87 air strikes, using 138 guided bombs. In addition, the occupiers conducted more than 5,800 artillery attacks, including 133 from multiple launch rocket systems. They used 2, 427 kamikaze drones for the attacks.
Air strikes were recorded in Kharkiv, Dnipro, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
The situation on the routes:
Kharkiv sector – three attacks in the areas of Vovchansk and Figolivka.
Kupyansk sector – seven attacks, fighting took place near Bohuslavka, Petropavlivka and Zahryzove.
Liman sector – 10 attempts to attack near Zelenyi Hai, Kolodyazy and Novolyubivka.
Kramatorsk sector – two combat engagements near Chasovyi Yar.
Toretsk sector – 13 attacks in the areas of Toretsk and Krymske.
Pokrovske direction – 33 enemy attacks, the main battles near Zelene Pole, Vodiane Druha and Andriivka.
Novopavlivka direction – 10 unsuccessful attempts to break through near Kostyantynopil.
Kursk region – Ukrainian troops repelled 18 attacks.
No assault actions were recorded in the Siversky, Huliaypillia, Orikhivske and Prydniprovskyi sectors.
