2 February 2025. The Iron Swords war, which Israel is waging against terrorist groups in Gaza, Judea and Samaria, Lebanon, Syria and Yemen, has been going on for 485 days. This was reported by Time Ukraine Israel, citing Newsru.co.il.
Although a ceasefire came into force in Gaza on 19 January, fighting in other regions continues. Since 21 January, Operation Iron Wall has been deployed in Samaria. Israeli forces control the southern regions of Lebanon and the “buffer zone” in Syria, conducting strikes against terrorist cells.
Operational timeline 2 February 2025:
18:00 – In Lebanon, the Israeli army attacked a facility between the settlements of Mays al-Jabal and Blida.
16:00 – Palestinian sources report IDF activity in Tul Karem.
15:00 – IDF destroys several terrorist buildings in Jenin, at least six structures are blown up.
14:00 – Israel launches an air strike on a suspicious vehicle in the northern Gaza Strip.
13:00 – The second airstrike of the day is carried out in the Nusairat camp in Gaza, killing three people.
12:00 – IDF conducts controlled explosive detonations in the Gilboa area.
11:00 – A suspect is detained in Iktaba (east of Tul-Karem).
