According to TimeUkraineIsrael, on the evening of 31 October, Russian troops launched a new wave of air strikes on Ukrainian cities and villages. The invaders used guided aerial bombs, cruise missiles and Shahed-type kamikaze drones to attack Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Odesa and other regions. The powerful air attack was yet another proof of Russia’s large-scale aggression against the civilian population of Ukraine.

Gennadiy Trukhanov, the mayor of Odesa, urged residents to stay in shelters due to the threat of further attacks.
Poltava region: “Shakedowns in Poltava: private homes attacked by ‘Shakhty’
In the evening, there were reports of several powerful explosions in the Poltava region that started fires in the private sector. The Poltava Regional Military Administration confirmed that the region had been attacked by Shahed drones. Serhiy Pronin, the head of the Poltava JMA, urged local residents to stay in safe places.
“The enemy attacked Poltava region. Details will follow later,” he said.
