Today, on 2 November, Kyiv region came under attack again by the occupiers. The National Police of Ukraine reports significant damage and civilian casualties as a result of these aggressive actions.
As of 11:20 a.m., six private houses, two outbuildings and a car wash were destroyed in different districts of Kyiv region. In addition to material damage, human suffering was also recorded: An 82-year-old woman sustained a shrapnel wound to her head and is currently in hospital receiving comprehensive medical care.
Police officers continue to work at the scene, documenting damage and maintaining law and order in a high-risk environment. All information about incidents is accurately recorded for further use in the evidence base against the enemy.
This event is a reminder of the importance of support and solidarity among the residents of the region, as well as the need to strengthen defence efforts in the region to minimise further consequences from possible attacks.
