For more than two years now, the Ukrainian people have been fighting for their independence and territorial integrity. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the aggressor’s combat losses have been impressive, as reported by TimeUkraineIsrael, citing the press service of the General Staff of Ukraine, these losses were the result of the desperate resistance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which tirelessly destroy enemy equipment and inflict heavy damage on the enemy. Here are the latest figures for total enemy combat losses as of 17 November 2024:
- Personnel: approximately 720,880 (+1,640 over the past week);
- Tanks: 9,350 units (+12 over the last 7 days);
- Armoured combat vehicles: 19,021 units (+27);
- Artillery systems: 20,556 units (+36);
- Multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS): 1,252 units (unchanged);
- Air defence equipment: 999 units (unchanged);
- Aircraft: 369 units (unchanged);
- Helicopters: 329 units (unchanged);
- UAVs of operational and tactical level: 18,974 units (+60);
- Cruise missiles: 2,641 units (unchanged);
- Warships and boats: 28 units (unchanged);
- Submarines: 1 unit (no changes);
- Motor vehicles and tankers: 29,321 units (+85);
- Special equipment: 3,653 units (+2).
These figures show the extraordinary losses suffered by the enemy during the war. Every destroyed tank, every downed plane or helicopter is a contribution to Ukraine’s overall victory. The aggressor cannot hold the defence on all fronts, and every day of the war brings our country closer to the final victory.
These losses are undoubtedly the result of the endless courage and bravery of our soldiers, who, despite all the difficulties, continue to fight for their land. The Ukrainian army, with the support of the people, is able to withstand and win.
