On Tuesday night, Iran launched a massive ballistic missile strike on Israel, escalating tensions in the Middle East to dangerous levels. Israeli media reported that the capital, Tel Aviv, was heavily targeted by Iranian missiles, with defense systems like the Iron Dome being activated immediately. Despite these efforts, some missiles managed to penetrate Israeli defenses and hit areas within the city.

Eyewitnesses described the skies over Tel Aviv as filled with missiles, most of which were intercepted by air defense systems. However, several Iranian missiles broke through the defenses, striking residential areas and causing significant damage. Israeli military officials confirmed that several casualties resulted from the attack, with many injured being rushed to hospitals.

Analysts believe this strike was a retaliatory move by Iran following the recent assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah by Israeli forces. U.S. President Joe Biden has already ordered U.S. military support, including intercepting Iranian missiles. In response, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard has threatened further strikes if Israel continues its military actions.
