The death toll from the missile attack by Russian terrorists on the port infrastructure of Odesa region on 9 October has risen to nine. This morning, 11 October, a 48-year-old man died in hospital, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.
“This morning, a 48-year-old man died in hospital,” Kiper said in his address.
According to him, over the past two days, Odesa region has suffered a terrible loss: Russian terrorists killed 13 civilians, most of them young people. This is yet another act of cruelty aimed at civilians who have fallen victim to merciless aggression.
“This is an irreparable tragedy for our community. We have lost a young generation that could have built the future of Odesa region and the whole of Ukraine,” Kiper added, expressing his condolences to the families of the victims.
Ukraine continues to record numerous violations of international law and war crimes by Russia, where civilians are targeted by the aggressor.
