The operation of Ukrainian paratroopers

As part of the Ukrainian armed forces’ response, several war criminals from the 155th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Pacific Fleet were killed in the Kursk region. The operation was carried out by soldiers of the 80th separate airborne assault Galician brigade, who struck a striking blow at enemy positions, Glavred reports.

The loss of the enemy

According to the press service of the Air Assault Forces (AAF), paratroopers from the 95th Separate Air Assault Polissya Brigade and soldiers from the 82nd Separate Air Assault Bukovyna Brigade previously destroyed the enemy. “The Russian invaders failed to test the strength of the Galician paratroopers, as their attempt ended in significant losses,” the Air Assault Forces noted.

Crimes of the Russian occupiers

The Lviv paratroopers, using a swift attack, killed several representatives of the 155th Brigade, who had been repeatedly implicated in crimes against Ukrainian prisoners of war. It is worth noting that units of this brigade were involved in the shootings of unarmed Ukrainian soldiers.

Justice and moral order

In recent months, there have been numerous reports of war crimes committed by the occupiers, including the execution of Ukrainian prisoners in southern Ukraine. The incidents when the occupiers forced Ukrainian soldiers to their knees and shot them at close range caused outrage among the international community.

The actions of the Ukrainian paratroopers aimed at punishing war criminals are an important step in restoring justice and protecting the honour of the Ukrainian armed forces. Thus, Ukraine continues to fight not only for its territorial integrity, but also for the restoration of moral order in military affairs.
