An enemy attack in the Dnipro district caused significant damage to local infrastructure and injured five people, including two children. This was reported by the Dnipro Regional Military Administration on Saturday, 2 November.
According to the JMA, the strike took place in the morning hours and caused extensive damage. Two children were among the victims, which is particularly distressing for the local community. Residents of the area and rescue services responded promptly to the incident in an effort to provide the necessary assistance to all victims.
The EIA report also noted that the full extent of the damage and the number of victims is still being determined as the situation on the ground remains tense. Authorities continue to assess the damage and coordinate emergency response efforts.
This incident is yet another indication of Russia’s ongoing aggressive actions against Ukraine, which encroaches on the lives and safety of civilians, including children. The international community and human rights organisations are calling for more decisive action to protect civilians and stop the violation of international norms.
