Tuesday, 3 December 2024. The 424th day of the Iron Swords war, which Israel is waging against terrorist organisations in Gaza, Judea and Samaria, Lebanon and Syria, is underway. The war began on 7 October 2023. This was reported by Time Ukraine Israel, citing Newsru.co.il.
The day before, the Israeli army struck targets in Lebanon in response to Hizbullah’s attacks, demonstrating that it will not allow the agreements to be violated. Military operations continue in the Gaza Strip, as well as in Judea and Samaria.

- Sources in Gaza report IDF artillery shelling in the Zaytun area on the southern outskirts of Gaza City.
- Israeli forces detained suspects in Yatta, south of Hebron.
- The Gaza Health Ministry (controlled by Hamas) says that at least 12 people have been killed in IDF strikes since the night of 3 December.
- Shelling in the Tal al-Hawah area and a quadcopter attack in the Al-Tuffah area, east of Gaza City.

- Artillery shells the eastern districts of Gaza City.
- Multi-storey buildings in Tal al-Hawah were struck, causing deaths and injuries.
- Five people were killed in Bait Lahiya in the north of the sector.

Context of the situation
The last alert near the border with the Gaza Strip was recorded on 2 December at 18:00, and near the border with Lebanon at 21:13. The Lebanese Ministry of Health reports nine deaths as a result of Israeli air strikes on the evening of 2 December.
The Iron Swords War continues, and Israel is steadfastly defending its borders and citizens from terrorist threats by launching retaliatory strikes against enemy targets.
