Since the morning of Tuesday, 10 June, users around the world have been experiencing interruptions in the operation of the popular artificial intelligence-based chatbot ChatGPT by OpenAI. According to the Downdetector monitoring service, partial failures have been observed since 10:00 Kyiv time, making it difficult to access the service and receive answers to queries.
Users report errors when trying to log in to the chatbot and request information. The problems affected not only Ukrainian users but also customers around the world. OpenAI confirms that it is currently recording an increased level of errors and delays in the ChatGPT, Sora, and Affects APIs services, and notes that it is investigating the causes of the failures.
