Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine’s plan for victory over Russian aggression is fully prepared and ready for execution. The president made this statement during his evening address on September 18.
Zelensky emphasized that all key elements, focus points, and details necessary for the successful implementation of the plan have been worked out. According to him, there can be no alternative to peace, and any attempts to freeze the war or use other manipulative tactics that might delay Russia’s aggression to a later stage are unacceptable.
“There is no and cannot be an alternative to peace, no freezing of the war or other manipulations that simply move Russian aggression to another stage. We need reliable and long-term security for Ukraine, and therefore, for all of Europe,” the president stated.
Zelensky also expressed his gratitude to the Ukrainian military for their dedicated service and for ensuring the effectiveness of Ukraine’s long-range capabilities, which play a crucial role in defending the country.
