Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has arrived in Croatia on a working visit, where he will hold a series of meetings with the country’s leadership. He announced this on his Telegram channel on Wednesday, 29 January.
“We have arrived in Zagreb, where we will hold talks with the Croatian leadership. We will meet with Prime Minister Andrej Plenković and Parliament Speaker Gordan Jandroković,” the Prime Minister said.

The talks will focus on Europe’s energy security, further demining of Ukraine’s territories and steps towards a just peace. The delegation will also discuss cooperation in the area of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
A meeting is also planned with Croatian business representatives, who are invited to join investment and infrastructure projects in Ukraine.
“We are strengthening our bilateral partnership for the welfare and victory of Ukraine,” Shmyhal concluded.
