What Are Magnetic Storms (Solar Flares)
Magnetic storms (solar flares, geomagnetic activity) are processes on the surface of the Sun that release energy into space. This energy, when reaching Earth’s magnetic field, can cause discomfort for weather-sensitive individuals.

According to “Meteoagent,” today, September 17, the planet is experiencing an 8-point geomagnetic storm, lasting only for one day. By tomorrow, the storm’s intensity will drop to 3 points, and by the end of the month, Earth’s magnetic field fluctuations will remain below 3 points. However, on September 26 and 27, geomagnetic disturbances will rise to 5 points, decreasing to 4 points by September 28.

Medical professionals state that only 10% of the global population is weather-sensitive. However, during strong magnetic storms, even healthy individuals, including children, may feel unwell.

How to Prepare for Magnetic Storms:

  1. Rest: Get enough sleep, avoid exhaustion and stressful situations.
  2. Hydration: Drink more water and avoid heavy foods and alcohol.
  3. Chronic Conditions Control: Particularly important for individuals with cardiovascular issues. Herbal teas with chamomile, lemon balm, and mint can help alleviate discomfort.

During intense storms, power outages and communication issues may occur, as well as the appearance of auroras far from the poles.
