In the early hours of Thursday, October 3, drones operated by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) attacked the Borisoglebsk military airfield in Russia’s Voronezh region. This was reported by UNIAN, citing sources within Ukrainian intelligence. Satellite monitoring captured four hotspots of fires on the airfield following the drone strike.
This incident is another example of Ukraine’s use of drones to target strategic sites within Russia, as part of its active defense campaign against Russian aggression.
